RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR FT

Do you want to work in a fine dining restaurant, member of JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs where fantastic 'food art' dishes are prepared and the most beautiful wines are served with an informal top-level service? Are you passionate about modern gastronomy and want to make sure that every guest leaves with a great enthusiasm? Which can! Due to expansion in the days that we can open (from 5 back to 7 days), we are looking for a restaurant supervisor for our service team. So, don't miss this opportunity and apply!

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

As a Restaurant Supervisor you take care of it, in the absence of the restaurant manager or her assistant, that your team enjoys achieving a top performance every day. You provide one afternoon or evening out for our guests and tries to exceed expectations every time surpass.Together with the entire team you show your passion and creativity in the service. You work organized and have an eye for detail. During the daily work you also adjust the HACCP rules. In the weekly consultation, your input on points for improvement and new ones is discussed ideas much appreciated.
