New team in the kitchen

Lars Bertelsen has been directly involved since October 2019 as Executive Chef of Senses restaurant (Amsterdam) and Brasserie Bakboord. Since 1 March, the team has been reinforced with Chef Chen Droog, sous chef Jordi Wijtsma (former Senses restaurant) and Stefan Gasman as sous chef. In addition, the team is supplemented with 5 more cooks and 2 dishwashers. Taco van der Meer, owner of the companies, says: "With the arrival of first Lars and now also Chen and Jordi and Stefan with the rest of the team, we are able to cook even more refined and special.
